Does anyone know if as with #bitcoin, #nostr has "banned" characters omitted using Base58?

You cant ban anyone from using this protocol

I am talking about characters in addresses, not people my brother in christ.

This is used to avoid confusions for example o or 0 could be confusing depending on the font that's used...
