i would dare to say currently 85% of govt work is pattern recognition and ai has proven to be more accurate by far. i think some people are required to represent the people but most of them are working bullshit jobs that ai could do more effeciently.
I would confidently say that 75% of non hard labor jobs are easily replaced even without ai.
Lots of jobs are forced on companies by governments as a form of controlled welfare.
that makes me think about the trickle down effect/policy. give money/tax breaks to companies so they can then put money into the hands of the workers, which rarely happens. like when bankers give themselves ballon bonuses. cantillionaires... wouldnt need welfare if the fucks actually put the money into the economy instead of hoarding it.
