Where I grew up, twice a year, in the Spring, and in the Fall, all of the highschool kids were high on mushrooms. Not just the kids you would expect, but the cheerleaders, the football players, even some of the teachers.

The simple reason for this is, they grow EVERYWHERE. In the suburban neighborhood yards, in the beauty bark around the hospitals, along the biking trails, even on school grounds. Every year, you’ll see highschool kids trying to act all nonchalant digging around in peoples yards, and in landscaping as if everyone doesn’t know exactly what they’re up to, because we all did exactly the same thing. The whole thing just makes me laugh every year. 😆🍄‍🟫

Where does this happen? Is it psylocibin?

must be cold temperate region, growing in wood chips, i know this is pretty much like a description of Auckland at least, i lived there a year and in the autumn after temps dropped below 10 there was at least 4 different species of psilocybin mushrooms and the most awesome were the Aucklandii, which were aka "caramel caps" and there was a "wavy cap" variant that grew bigger and had wavy caps, and another that was like this golden dome shaped one, which i think was growing on eucalyptus, i forget what the fourth kind was, but you could find these mushrooms everywhere, in every parkland, in every garden
