my intuition is that novel writing is one of humanity's greatest art forms, and that it would take something remarkable to allow multiple people to be able to do it well together. I can't even think of any novels written by two people that don't suck.

there are good D&D campaigns, but they are written by authors ahead of time.

Yeah, I've never heard of any good novels written by more than one person either, which is why I asked. It seemed to be like a good idea but it must not be.

James S. A. Corey is a pseudonym of two writers. They did the Expanse series, which I quite enjoyed. They are also rooted in D&D.
