I take my pay in bitcoin and I have no problem spending it on the lawn or anything else. In fact, I try to spend it. The hodlers mindset comes from thinking bitcoin will make you rich instead of realizing bitcoin can make you free. I would prefer to not need bitcoin, but the last century has taught us our governments are poor stewards of our economies. Now we have a tool improve the stewardship of global human energy.
