Repost due to the severeity of my situation come Monday:

Breaking Down the Unfair Eviction

Every resident deserves to live in an environment that allows them to thrive, not merely survive. However, the specter of impending eviction brings forth several challenges. Notably, some are fueled by injustice derived from the landlord's greed and blatant dishonesty coupled with insufficient legal protections for tenants.

Underlying Landlord's Profit Motives

Unfair eviction by a dishonest landlord is not just a simple housing issue; it goes deeper into the underlying profit motives. Unfortunately, in this case, we're dealing with a landlord who has chosen to prey on a vulnerable tenant, profiting from a hefty $2000+ security deposit whilst only collecting a meager $700 in rent before executing an eviction.

Absence of legal bindings: No damages claimed

This eviction scenario outlines not just an issue of immorality, but a potential legal blunder. The landlord, in their dishonest pursuit, evicts with the baseless claim that the tenant had damaged the property, with neither a declaration in writing nor an eviction summons. With no explicit explanation provided, the tenant contends the eviction with a clear conscience.

The Painful Reality of Unsanitary Living Conditions

The discomfort stemming from an eviction pales in comparison to the health hazards endured due to the landlord's negligence. One cannot ignore the overwhelming distress of living amidst unsanitary conditions emanating from a failed septic system.

The Failure of the Septic System

A quintessential example of system failure augments unsanitary living conditions. The septic system failed unceremoniously on August 3rd, consequently rendering the tenant amid standing sewage and human waste for approximately 15 distress-filled days, without any access to functional water facilities.

Impact of Failed Septic System on Daily Life

Such a situation profoundly impacts daily life, interrupting basic activities and endangering health. A home, once a sanctuary, becomes a nightmare with every whiff of sewage stench and sight of standing waste.

Repeated False Certification of System Repair

Adding insult to injury, this issue was not properly addressed nor promptly resolved. Despite multiple attempts at reporting the failure, a subsequent reassurance of a fixed septic system eventually proved false after it failed twice more.

Seeking Compassion amid Injustice

In these trying times, resilience falters, and the threat of homelessness is looming yet again. The path ahead may seem bleak, but it does not have to be a solitary journey.

Facing the Threat of Homelessness Again

Facing homelessness again can be a daunting prospect. But it becomes even more overwhelming when the imminent threat surfaces due to circumstances beyond control and against all notions of justice.

Reflecting on the Situation and A Call to Action

Understanding the urgency of the problem

The gravity of facing homelessness again due to an unfair eviction by a dishonest landlord cannot be understated. With the repeated failed septic system creating an intolerable, unsanitary living condition, the circumstance has gone beyond a simple housing problem. This system failure along with denied rights has pushed us to the brink, increasing the urgency of seeking help and support.

Making a persuasive plea for support and help

Consider the inequity of this situation - a hardworking tenant, persistently paying the rent, forced into homelessness due to dishonest dealings of a greedy landlord, and unhealthy conditions caused by a failed septic system. Ignorance should not empower the powerful to further exploit. So today, we appeal for your compassionate intervention. Any form of support will count in rectifying this deep-seated injustice.

Final thoughts on the unjust eviction and living conditions

The unjust eviction and standing sewage are symptoms of a broader problem, reflecting the vulnerability of many in our society. It is an issue of human dignity that needs immediate attention. We empathize with the traumatic experience of residing in such horrific conditions and being duped by a dishonest landlord. We stand poised for change, and we are seeking your help.

**The sheriff posted the notice of writ on my door Thursday evening. Monday at 6:00 am someone from the sheriff's office will be there to make sure I have vacated the property. As of now I have no where to go and have been limited in my ability to plan or research options with no power and WiFi at home, and the places I usually go to use theirs have been having network issues lately.
