You're on theforest, nostr.land, nostr.wine. I think you even have filter.nostr.wine, which is basically the only relay you need.
Toss out all of the freebie stuff. You'll just see less spam.

The base of TheForest feed is my old follow list. The list kept getting nuked, so I transfered it to the relay.

Lots of people have subscriptions they can't even remember they have because they never figured out how to adjust the relays and then they gave up.
Many dropped out during the transition to AUTH. I think some clients still don't have it, which is literally retarded.
Add nostr.land and aggr.nostr.land, you can throw out half of them.
