I removed everybody in February or March because I thought it was going too free-for-all, then slowly gave access to some other people. In any case I don't think the NIPs repo is the best solution either.

I was against the changes to the zap spec but I'm not sure I said anything about this time since I don't have any stakes on that game. As you know, I think the zaps spec wasn't optimal from the start and I voiced that when I first learned about it, in your PR, but it was already too late since you already had it as a settled standard in your head and wasn't willing to change it a single bit.

Moreover it was already a standard since Amethyst and Snort had already implemented your spec. At the time you didn't mind that, but now when Amethyst and Snort and other clients decide to move the same spec to other directions you're realizing how that can be a problem sometimes.
