Qntra (S.QNTR) October 2017 Statement

By now Qntra has been offline for a solid six weeks, including all of the month of October.

It seems altogether improbable that its place in the reader's mind could endure its absence from the reader's screen for such extended periods, so I'm guessing the next report is going to contain final disposition of the matter altogether.
