The opposite of love is not hatred. Love contaminated by ego is hatred. Fear is the opposite of love. Fear and control are weapons of power that is concentrated in the ego. Ego is a make believe illusion which dries up the closer you get to your death. All the ego driven power you wielded your entire life with your reputation, money and social networks deflates like a balloon the moment you realise that you’re staring at the end of physical existence and identity. There is no suffering in life greats than getting to acknowledge this revelation at the last moments of your clinging to this body and mind. Only freedom and unconditional love can liberate you from not pursuing ego centric power points of life.
