Yes ... Till now it seems, that it's happening while using multiple clients 🤔!
Not sure if there are for example Damus-only or Amethyst-only users with that problem?!
Everytime when I asked the issue was connected to multiple client users.
But of course ... Idk
I think it can be due to not properly loaded following list.
If you update your relays, while your local following list is not full, you will overwrite it.
