I've just updated my NIP-104 proposal for MLS messaging. Most of the updates are small (but important) implementation details. I'd love some 👀 and ⁉️ from everyone.

Also, let me know if you think it would be helpful to have a technical video walkthrough of how all this stuff works and why. It's complicated, but not all that complex. I don't want "too long, didn't read" to get in the way of getting good feedback on the details here.
