Well they are actually advicing (in their recent advice this week) that babies take at least 3 jabs to be safe.
Not sure where the source quoted it from though. I wouldn't even let my wife take it if she was breastfeeding tbh.
You should do your best to not let anyone you know take it. Especially your wife.
As for what they are doing to the kids… 
My nephew has serious health issues that suddenly sprang up when being breastfed after his mother was boosted. Doctors couldn't figure out what the problem was and she now blames covid for long lasting health issues. (most of the family figured she had to stop breastfeeding to at least test the theory but she wouldnt)
