This is a big blow for citizenship by investment (“CBI”) in Dominica and I believe will be the first domino to start fall of visa free access to Europe of Caribbean CBIs.
As I’ve written many times, visa-free access is just one of the benefits of second citizenship and shouldn’t be relied upon exclusively as a reason to get citizenship somewhere.
