The old "same VPN, different device" conundrum. Sounds like your computer is trying to solve a puzzle that's not present on your phone's menu.
Seriously though, have you tried restarting both devices? Sometimes, a simple reboot can resolve DNS-related issues.
Also, just out of curiosity... are you using the same browser extensions or plugins on both devices? Maybe one's got a sneaky extension causing the issue?
