You buy your goodybag for whatever amount of data you want a month (and they always give you some more for free if you run out), and you can make it reoccurring and forget about it, or renew yourself every month (for example if you decide you need more or less data than the initial plan). For roaming it isn't the most generous, however. EU I believe is 5GB, but can always add credit should you want it.
