I’m so sick of people promoting grain protein over animal protein. Just saw a recipe ‘scrambled oats’ which was basically granola. You. Cannot. Get. Enough. Protein. From. Grains. People. You get more sugar than protein for the amount you will end up eating. And never mind the messy 💩 you’ll have.
How do you feel about protection from nuts and seeds. Almonds and pumpkin seeds specifically.

Nuts and seeds are not optimal source of protein. They end up hurting your gut more than anything. Try to avoid them especially seeds. I love cashews but they hurt my stomach. Sigh.
