Ha! Just discovered that Tor was the issue in my case, and saw your note after that.
As soon as I disable Tor/Orbot zaps via NWC work again. Not sure what's wrong, it used to work flawlessly.
Glad you found the isseu not going to pretend i know the why 😂🤷
