It's weird to me that some people are shocked that not everyone agrees on their vision of the ideal future.

For example, I don't think a future with no shit jobs is good (or jobs on general). Also UBI is a terrible idea (although will probably be necessary on our present course).
I think I can understand why some might think those things are good and desirable. In fact, I don't even have to try to understand those Ideas SOUND like good ideas, they even FEEL good.
UBI is just expanding the welfare state to cover the most productive people, so that they can also stop working and spend all day masturbating and doomscrolling TikTok.
Everyone else already gets welfare and doesn't work.
