Got my Satsuma orange tree in the ground. I've never planted citrus, and these are supposed to be cold hardy to about 10F. Today has been tree planting day. #permies #grownostr #gardening #homesteading

Look into the most magnificent citrus that is cold tolerant 'Yuzu.' In your climate, I do believe it would thrive. The peel is a 'black market' ingredient for chefs in NYC.
