Primal ignores relays and censors some posts/npubs
Aside from that it could be someone you've muted or something
primal doesn’t read from your relay list and theres nothing you can do about it. you really just have to hope their caching relay will one day find the notes.
If you want a better view of the network i recommend pretty much any other client that actually connects to relays based on your relay list and validates notes locally, instead of trusting a central third party that spies on you and can control what you see.
Isn't this the whole reason we are all on #Nostr in the first place. To move away from centralization

He gave the example of when X was making block lists public and there was outrage. People campaigned to move to bluesky because of it, even though bluesky had public blocklists as well.
Most people don’t really care about the technical details when they are making a decision of which protocol to use.
