Hydration:

Weigh yourself (nekkid) before exercise. After exercise weigh yourself again after drying off (nekkid). If there’s a difference (accounting for the water you drank during exercise), you drink that difference multiplied by 1,25.

You adjust water intake next time with the surplus/deficit

Stay correctly hydrated. 🙏🏼
