Inevitable really. People cheered when they started arresting climate change protesters not understanding that the Government would get a taste for it and start outlawing all protests.
You already need a license to protest.
Imagine that, imagine needing permission to disagree 🥹
Same in Australia.
It’s messed up.
But people handed over their rights because they didn’t like being inconvenienced and late for work.
And the media have been completely complicit in demonising all forms of protest.
