Use only olive oil and butter at home, and make sure that these oils are also used wherever you eat out. These two oils are enough for your health.

My hometown is full of olive trees, and believe me, butter is not so common over there. Now I live in Ireland; it's basically a butter heaven. Coconut oil is hard to find here, and if I had a chance to live in a place where coconut oil is locally produced and traded, it would be my choice.
