Thank you, what improvements you working on? As soon as it warms up here, I get to replace floor boards and drywall in one of our bathrooms that had a roof leak last year.
Finishing work. Held off on calking molding, floor boards and little stuff like that. Every good man always gets 98% done with their DIY 🤣
Ain’t that the truth 🤣, we’ve been in our house for 8years and I still haven’t put in the new base boards in livingroom and dining rooms
Leaks suck. Chasing water damage. No bueno.
