I think some ppl were shilling it as a way to fund relay moderation to prevent spam.

I'd pay for it if a single relay could aggregate the content of all my current relays, and nostr had more than 4 ppl who talk about things other than buttcoin.

People are actually, that’s why the #grownostr hashtag is about. Why not just run your own relay though?

It would be more expensive and more work to run your own ray than to pay someone $5 a month for access to a relay that would do what I want.
