im not a coder but sometimes it can be from different relays. Are you using all the same relays on all the clients.

when you made that file did it created a note. If so you can match the relays and rebroadcast the note

also iris has a setting to ‘set relays public’. It will push them to some other clients so you dont have to manually add them
