Decode to hex then encode to nevent
Wait. That’s not right. One is the note ID and one is encoding the whole event.
I see. When I grab a link to a note from Damus, it resolves to Snort using note1. But it seems Snort doesn’t use note1 in their urls anymore, they use nevent1, as does Coracle.
