You can get the Trezor Safe 3 in Bitcoin only HARDWARE (which is even better than Bitcoin only firmware).
However regarding the (proprietary?) secure element like the competitors have, I am still undecided to the pros vs the cons. I lean towards not having a secure element because I am not worried about the security of where I keep my trezor because I also brain passphrase. If I was worried, I might opt for the Trezor Safe 3.
After 10 years plus in the space it is still my preferred hardware wallet out of any of the manufacturers out there.
One of the reasons why both security and PRIVACY are important is because if you compromise one, the other can easily be compromised as well.
I am a bit of an extremist when it comes to this and hence why refuse to use any proprietary software and avoid proprietary hardware as much as possible.
