if I can do a keto version since I am kind of doing carnivore right now. I just made two soups, one had cauliflower for potatoes - Sausage & Kale - and the other I added more scallops - Seafood Chowder/Stew. I am thinking maybe a loaded cauliflower soup!!! Thanks for the idea. I was wondering what soup I would try next.
