GM..yes you are correct. No one should blindly follow someone down the path not knowing where they go.

This note is in regard to the Apple AppStore’s decision to remove the Damus App (iOS app to access NOSTR) from their App Store because of the zap function on a posted note. This functionality originally cleared by the App Store and now they have reversed their decision. Zapping is not selling content (AppStore opinion now) but merely a way of turning a “like” button into a “support” button for content creators. If you like the content this post, you could zap it with one click of the lighting bolt. You did not buy my note, it’s still here for the rest of the world to see.

You also didn’t have to pay to have access to it either. You received the benefit of the note before you ever zapped it.
