Why so expensive?

Apparently it was banned or something and not in print anymore. There are copies on eBay for $100 too so this one seems creatively priced

Now I want to know why it was banned

Maybe an attempt to pump the price then? Still there was another note I saw on here that sparked my interest. Let me find it!
