how long did it take you from hearing about bitcoin to learning bitcoin?

Also years. Totally ignored it at the first.
I first thought it was just like a linked list (because I was familiar with that concept) 😅
5 years. 2013-2014 I was using it for some online purchases but didn’t learn anything about it or look into it. Wish I had. Ended up getting in at the end of 2017 early 2018.

what was your favorite source?
Back when I started learning I made it my goal to read and understand the first Bitcoin white paper to the best of my ability. I’m no programmer so there are parts that go over my head for sure, but having that base understanding helped me learn more about crypto, and then eventually about 1.5 years ago after realizing most crypto is scam bullshit, I had my “holy shit” moment when refreshing some knowledge surrounding btc.
