Diego (don't know his npub, sorry 🙏 ) built https://nostrbounties.com/ to allow you to post bounties and pledge sats to your favorite bounties. Since it uses the same kind as Habla you can see bounties in there too, just did some changes to display the bounty amount and the amounts people have pledged.
