Individually-frozen minced beef should be a thing.

Like a bag of frizen french fries but meat?

Like ground beef where each bit is separate from one another.. like breadcrumbs.

Why?

This is what im wondering.

Imagine being able to sprinkle meat on everything :)

I thought that's why bacon bits were invented.

They would stick together in the package I'm afraid. They could be packed and sold individually 😂

You mean individual minced beef noodles or little lumps of minced beef noodles? Wouldn't the latter just be a complicated beef patty?

Beefcrumbs and Beefnoodles... You heard it here first guys 🥩

Now I want chicken breaded with beef crumbs. Mmmm.

This might sound mad, but we regularly make a block of minced beef+pork and freeze it. The idea was (is?) to make thin slices and fry them for döner. But I tried microplaning it once and I really like it.

Here in Chile they sell IQF minced meat and the following video is ten years old. I bought my first and last bag of IQF minced a year ago. Feels more processed than the locally minced from the fridge.
