I feel ya; I think it's because when we're 'composing' our brain is still in an active and creative mode, and the words are still 'wet clay' and the mind fills in the intention more - once it piece is 'publish' we review more as an 'editor, audience, and critic' - the mind, in this slightly less creatively engaged mode, is likely more prone to see what 'Is' rather than what is 'Intended' -- maybe.
