I was not opposed to vegan diet, but when I searched youtube for people on juice diets I noticed that all of them looked unhealthy. They said they felt great but just looking at their bodies it didn't feel right. This was the primary reason I did not go down the juice diet / lifestyle that some seem to think is great. Carnivore just makes a lot more sense, but I don't care to judge anyone, they can do as they please for their own bodies.

Totally agree on processed stuff and breads. Milk is another one of my weaknesses - all high in carbs. In my local store, the vast majority of all products contain sugar. Even half the seafood / meat isle is sugar coated cancer meat. I have to look at every label to avoid sauces. We don't really have organic labeling here in my neck of the woods in Japan. You only get to see if something is produced locally or not, but I suspect none of it is organic. I am just hoping that paying the higher price gets me the better quality.

It is nuts how sugar is so pervasive. I like to make my own sauces but it all comes down to how much time you have.

yep, it's all up to people to choose better or else manufacturers will continue adding that crap everywhere.
