Let me explain:
You assume, that cloudseeding is different to chemtrails.
I would see cloudseeding as a variant of chemtrails for cooling the atmosphere.
If you assume climateboiling is not happening or it's a natural process, then it's just for cooling, or for blocking the sunlight, or for downgrading photosynthesis.
The main aspect of cloudseeding is the use of dangerous chemicals (barium, strontium, aluminium). The other ingredients of chemtrails are magnetic (grapheneoxide, nanobots?). The patents for weathermodification reach back to the late 90's of the 19. century. The patents for controlling thoughts are younger.
Your graphic is too naive for these days. They were possible in the 1980's were we had normal clouds/sky/weather with a bit of weatherwarfare. Only a few days of sprayed skies (you can see chemtrails in Winnetou-movies, that were filmed in former Yugoslavia). I don´t remember them in the 1980's myself.
I started watching the skies for safety regards in 2018. I logged the clouds, temperature and wind every time I was sailing. I haven´t had a period in those days with no Cumulus, no Cirrus, no Stratus at any height. We had warm summers, no algae on the boat... Monday was the first day since about a month without no dust in the sky. The blue had a nearly normal grade. Algae are now common on our ship, even in the summer. The years before, till 2021, it was getting to hot for them to survive.
Have you watched 'climate'? Are you aware, that climate-change is a psyop to grab our money? Btw do we get our co2-taxes back if it's getting cooler?

I'm aware that none of these processes are for our benefit ultimately, I'm deeply concerned and saddened because i see these effects mostly everyday where I live. I remember as a child the sky was nothing like it is now.
I see it as a designed psyop to further world government while impoverishing the population and degrading our health.
I thought that scheme by Matthieu Pageau was interesting as an algorithmic description of the psyop.

I found it interesting, too, but this "SAY" looked to me as if one could have a separate "truth" and if we look at the sky, some might say this, some say that, as if there can't have an objective truth, when we look at it.
