Folks commenting on AI created video/film and how cool and realistic it is make me sad
It feels like AI is generations away from capturing the human spirit in artistry. Those gawking at it in its current state are not tapped into their own humanity.

During the studio scenes in Pink Floyd's Live at Pompeii they touch on this vibe with synthesizers where folks said anyone could do what Floyd did - they were working on Dark Side of the Moon😂
The winning strategy will be to mix the human spirit with AI generation. Using AI to make a movie off human ideas is going to allow a lot more people to create movies. People that never would have a chance to because they don’t have the resources.
