Well not sinusitus but i get inflamation and congestion and also oddly joint pain.

Inflamation in general is bad from sugar also it is said to inflame stomach lining prevent proper nutrient absorbtion and give indigestion too😳

I rememberd that, in addition to the alcohol, I had 14 ferrero rochers as well. I'm sure they didn't help 😁

Going keto/animal based for at least the rest of the month
