Arrogance is THE BIGGEST TURNOFF. You have no idea who you’re dealing with 99% of the time.
Always assume other people are smarter than you! Because if you are right about that, you will learn a lot more from them and if you are wrong about that, you will have positioned yourself much better tactically.
