Both sound like good things, I was learning that most traditional bread at the store has seed oils.

I don't buy bread from the store anymore just because of all the nasty shit they put in it.

Yeah, corn syrup too.

It's also kind of a cost thing. They can make bread for pennies at home plus a little bit of time. Most of making bread is just waiting.
