It is sure a problem for front end developers cuz most of the apps may have a chatbot frontend ..but if history has taught us anything , businesses will need to have a AI chatbot in addition to a website , and iPhone app, an Android app .. it is sad that 90 % of computing skills ( and compute itself) gets wasted in shining frontends ..

Oh btw , they will still need a call center cuz at the end of it all , customers would still want to talk to a real human .. trust me on this ..
