I have no idea how to manage my relays and really am not concerned at the moment, but am curious. Follower count is meh. Just here to do hoodrat shit on the decentralized web. Probs don’t see a lot of content from the paid relays.

What am I missing out on?

You dont need paid relays. Better clients can

be developed to help with re-adding lost follows, and automatic follow backs. It's taken some effort, but I've been able to have a great experience on here without using paid relays.
