What is one thing you want to treat yourself or someone with during this bull run?
10y wedding anniversary is this year so I want to surprise my wife with a nice bracelet. Or a gun. The latter is probably too much of a me gift. #asknostr

Ok the bull market you think that’s most likely.
Ok, in that case, a moon base. I want a 3 bed condo on the sunny side of the moon. Near a crater.
But really, the debate for me is down payment for a house vs holding out for a Bitcoin collateralized mortgage. We’ve owned before and are choosing to rent right now, but there is a permanece that comes with owning the place. My family misses feeling settled.
I haven’t checked out crater front properties. Sounds like I’m missing something!
