A lie is defined an intentionally false statement.

This is just my opinion based on my (mild) reading of nutritional sciences, for about 20 years. So not a lie.

I am not an expert, and I’m also not shilling for carnivore diet or any other diet. I’m not even doing that diet currently I just think it has merits.
