I dropped from 300 lbs to under 200lbs ~15 years ago by eating a healthy omnivorous diet, and have maintained the weight loss every since. I avoid weird restrictive diets that seem like cults πŸ˜‚

good call

It's an easy plan, just cook real food from simple ingredients. But it takes time to learn, and there is a lot of propaganda from big food companies telling people how difficult it is. Learning to be a good cook was one of the best things I ever did for myself.

I just really love ribeyes. And bacon. And chicken wings.

Same here, born and raised on a ranch, we had all the meats. We a large garden as well, and good homemade bread. There's lots of healthy and delicious foods, and lots of people with different genetics and goals. One diet may not work for all of them.

Even retards can't agree on pizza toppings, β• is proof of that. One by one I'm slowly turning them to the 🍍 side though, It's possible to learn good taste πŸ˜‚ Enjoy your pizza as you see fit.
