Before the 100 pushups a day, I would work out 3-4 days a week, weightlifting. I’ve found that the pushups make that more difficult. I’ve been down to 1-2 workouts a week for a while, trying to get those numbers back up.
I find that the pushups sap the energy I once had for weightlifting. But I committed to the 100-a-day, so that’s gotta get done first.
