Just watching the video of the reception of the Wagner Group. He claims the civilians were cheering because they were leaving and civil war was averted. The video clearly has civilians cheering Wagner and saying they love them and they're heros. I like Ritter, but he seems to be a bit of an excuse maker for the Russians.
