Honestly, first thing would be to disband all the agencies. Audit the FED. Audit NASA. Declassify all the coverups and government programs. Open the Vatican library to the public.

That would be probably enough to collapse most of the system following the revelations that came from these actions.

People can't fathom there are probably 20-30 people who could sit down today and start a new war or crisis tomorrow. Their power is too centralised.

Until heads start rolling in the most literal sense, nothing will really change.
